2. Scope
This policy covers the Website only. It does not cover games or services provided to players by licensed operators; each operator is responsible for the personal data of its own players.
3. Data we collect
We collect personal data only when you submit our contact form: your name, company, email address, country, inquiry type and message. The form also sends the language of the page you used and your confirmation that you have read this policy.
Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.
4. Technical data
When you visit the Website, your browser connects to our hosting provider, which receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested in order to deliver the Website and protect its services. All fonts and other resources are served from our own website. We do not use this data to identify you.
5. Cookies and local storage
The Website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or other tracking tools.
If you switch between the dark and light theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your device only and is not sent to us. The language of the Website is determined by the page address (for example /en/ or /ja/) and is not stored.
6. Purposes and legal basis
We use the data you submit to respond to your inquiry, to assess and manage a potential or existing business relationship, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
7. Service providers
We use the following service providers to run the Website and handle inquiries: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which hosts the Website and delivers it through its content delivery network; Formspree, Inc. (United States), which receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email; Google (Gmail), through which we receive and answer contact form inquiries; and Microsoft (Microsoft 365), through which we receive and answer email sent to [email protected]. They process data on our behalf or to deliver their services. We do not sell personal data.
8. International transfers
These service providers may process data in the United States and in other countries outside your own, whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country. Where available, we rely on the safeguards offered by these providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Retention
We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months after your inquiry has been handled, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing business relationship or is required by law. After that, we delete it.
10. Your rights
You may ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
11. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on the Website applies from the "Last updated" date shown above.
13. Language
This document may be published in several languages. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails.
