1. Our position
BeeKo is a business-to-business supplier. We do not offer games directly to players: our games are supplied only to licensed operators, who are responsible for their players. We expect every operator we work with to treat responsible gaming as a core part of its service.
2. 18+ only
Our games are intended only for players aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if that is higher.
3. Requirements for operators
Operators using our content must verify the age and identity of their players before allowing real-money play, offer self-exclusion and honour self-exclusion requests, make information about independent support organisations available to their players, and comply with the responsible gaming requirements of their licence.
4. Self-exclusion
Our platform supports self-exclusion. A player who wants to stop playing can request self-exclusion through the operator they play with. While self-excluded, the player cannot use the account to play.
5. Warning signs
Spending more money or time than intended, chasing losses, borrowing to gamble, or gambling affecting work, relationships or mood can be signs of a problem. If any of these apply, consider stopping and seeking support.
6. Getting help
Free, confidential support is available from independent organisations, including GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy.
7. Protecting minors
Parents and guardians can use filtering software to block gambling websites on shared devices. Account details should never be shared with minors.
8. Language
This document may be published in several languages. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails.
